Hello, I am Francesca.

Having spent the last decade harvesting the internet and local art teachers for an art education I started to make pet portraits for people and I was so happy with the look on their faces that I realised this was a way I could serve. I had been an archaeologist but it wasn’t a great fit. I had started up a cafe in Cape Verde but got itchy feet again and when I found myself unexpectedly a wife and mother at age 37 I realised I might not have all the time in the world and my true calling was always to creativity. So I began going art classes and learning about gardening. I now work as a gardener locally in East Lothian and sell my art work through this website, exhibitions and local shops. I hope that I continue to evolve along with my art. Thank You for stopping by. When I am not gardening or making pictures I am a mum taxi, household slave to kids, grateful dog mum and keen horse botherer.
